Central Props is the mother–daughter team of Annie Kim & Younghee Kim. Annie’s skill and deep knowledge of urban construction is complemented by her mother’s eye for beautiful and clean design. Together, they make a powerful and proven team that builds quality modern homes with effortless design.
Annie, a Los Angeles native, lived in New York City for 14 years. She realized that she wanted to leave the hustle of New York City, and Austin captured her heart the first time she visited. Younghee hails from one of the current modern architectural leaders of the world, Seoul. Her work has always been influenced by the clean lines and simplicity of modern design.
Together, Annie & Younghee draw inspiration from the places they’ve lived and traveled — Europe, Asia, Africa and Central America. They strive to build timeless homes that satisfy the urban lifestyles of their customers, partnering with experienced and reputable architects to remain one of the most innovative design/build companies in the Austin area, year after year.
